California Dreamer: A tribute to Marta Becket, Death Valley's ghost town ballerina

Under a blistering Death Valley sun, Marta Becket resurrected the Amargosa Opera House with nothing but a paint brush and fierce devotion to her art. Marta lived in Death Valley until she was 92 years old, and though she is no longer with us, her legacy lives on in the art and spirit of the Opera House. It’s an amazing tribute to her unique vision and the unstoppable drive to chase a dream.
