Australian Gold Coast - Timelapse
This video of Australia’s Gold Coast is both vibrant and serene, paying tribute to both city and nature. Shot over 12 days and utilizing various time-lapse techniques, the video includes hyperlapse (physically moving the camera between each shot), helilapse (timelapse from a slow moving helicopter), “holy grail” shots (day-to-night and night-to-day ) and basic three-axis, motion-control timelapse shots. It then took the filmmaker four months to edit and present a moving postcard of Australia’s Gold Coast. In other words, this is ornate and technical art at work.
